Custom cakes are priced by the size, flavor and design complexity (e.g. structural elements, sugar people, bows, sugar flowers, sculpting… etc.) and time it takes us to finish the cake. Simply send us an email or call us to get a price quote. Do include pictures you’re inspired by, your budget (we can design a cake to fit your budget!), number of servings, and any other details that will make your cake truly unique. We require a minimum of:

4 weeks notice for a wedding cake order.

2 weeks notice for a custom cake or cupcake order.

2 days notice for a dessert cake or cupcake.

Orders placed with less than the required notice will be accepted based on work load. The earlier you place your order, the better.

You can place orders by email, phone or come in. No appointment is required to place an order. An order is confirmed once a 50% deposit (cash, check, credit card) is received, with the balance due upon pick-up or delivery.

Cancellations can be made up until the Saturday before the event date. There is no refund on orders canceled the week of the event date.

Absolutely! We do have some non-custom designed cakes and cupcakes available for immediate purchase at the shop, but it is best to call ahead of time to check. Powered by Hackadelic Sliding Notes 1.6.5

We always look forward to meeting with clients. We usually need a couple days notice to schedule a design consultation, and 2-3 weeks notice to schedule a tasting. All appointments are scheduled on Tuesdays through Fridays, between the hours of 9am and 5pm. If you do not have time to come in for a design consultation, we can correspond through email and/or phone where we provide you with a sketch of your cake for approval. For design inspirations, send us/bring pictures of your event invitation, your kid’s favorite toy, outfit, character, wedding dress or flowers & colors.

Let us know if you need an alternate date & time to meet, and we’ll try our hardest to meet with you. For $20, you are offered your choice of four cake flavors and four cake fillings to taste. You get to keep the leftovers! (If you’re ordering a cake worth $100 or more, the $20 goes towards the cake fee.)

Absolutely! We believe that everyone deserves to have their Kéyks and eat it too, so we try to accommodate allergy or dietary restrictions.

We have created many wonderful Kéyks for people with allergies or intolerances to nuts, wheat, soy and dairy. We pay serious attention to the preparation, baking and storage processes to prevent cross-contamination but note that they are made in the same kitchen as all of our other products.

Cakes that are not sensitive to transportation and will be traveling within 2 hours of the cake shop can be picked up. We do not recommend you transport cakes over 2 hours, especially if 3D or structural elements are involved. Customers who choose to travel longer distances with cakes do so at their own risk. When in doubt, just have it delivered.

Our delivery fee is $25 for the first 20 miles, and $1/mile in excess. Cake setup fee is $35. Pick-up or delivery times will be arranged when an order is confirmed.
